running everything required. Flatsome theme.
Hi @nikeri, thanks for reaching out. Can you check with Siteground to see if you’re maybe running into a CPU credit limit?
Hello @nikeri,
Ivan Atanasov from SiteGround here.
@khungate ‘s suggestion is reasonable. I am only posting this reply to let you know that if there is a CPU resource issue – you will receive a notification about this.
If your resource usage status in cPanel are normal and you did not receive a resource warning from SiteGround – the issue might be related to something other than CPU limits.
@nikeri did you receive an email about this CPU resource issue as described by support? It would be helpful to know if that played a part in this.
What version of the plugin are you using currently?
What version of WooCommerce are you on?
What version of WordPress are you on?
Have you checked your database tables in the queue to see if it’s backlogged?
Does your plugin show that it’s connected in the list settings tab?
Have you tried using the wp-cli?
Have you tried applying the query string of &resync=1 to the sync tab? That would provide a button you can press to re-sync your data.
Please get back to us when you can. Be more than happy to assist.
