Hello @phillalf
Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
This is a common issue and there are some things that often get forgotten and cause this. The most common cause for this is that the merchant did not create an entry for the tax class that he is using for his products. When you go to: WooCommerce > Tax > <Tax Class>. You should at least have one entry present there. If you don’t have this, the products with this tax class will not sync to Zettle. If you are a British shop, be sure to use GB and not UK! After this, you might need to update the products in order to push the products to sync again, and you will know if this fixed the issue. You can also push this sync by changing the status of the products in bulk to draft and back to published if you have more products and don’t want to do this one-by-one.
Please see if this is the issue you are encountering and let us know. If you don’t get this resolved with these instructions, and you need more support, let us know.
If you don’t feel comfortable sharing details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well)
Kind regards,
Joost

I am having the same trouble syncing prices as I don’t have tax enabled in woocommerce. What is the workaround for this please?

Go to the settings and choose the TAX table.
you should see a menu like like
Tax options |Standard rates |Reduced rate rates |Zero rate rates
I had to add a row to “Standard rates” and “Zero rate rates” with * in all columns apart from Rate % which is set to 0.0000
Next click the Tax options and set
Prices entered with tax Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax
Calculate tax based on Customers address
Shipping tax class Zero Rate
Display prices in the shop Including tax
Display prices during basket and checkout Including tax
I hope that helps
And if you still need help, you can also open a private ticket with us here, so that you can share details easier (and not on a public forum).
Kind regards,
Joost
Thank you both. Yes I still have a couple of questions so I will submit a ticket
Phil, are you vat registered? if not do you need to set all products to zero rated for this to work?
For my setup. I’m not vat registered.
I’ve gone through those steps and prices are still showing as zero
