Not syncing with Mailchimp!

Hi,
my subscriber list doesn’t seem to be syncing with my mailchimp list. Please could you let me know what the issue is!?i havent added any additional fields so i was hoping this would be a straightforward process. Please help!

Not sure where I can email my log in credentials so you could check. Please do let me know.

Hi,

Is there any error in the log on the “Other” page of the MailChimp for WordPress settings?

Where is the ‘other’ page you are referring to in the Mailchimp dashboard?

Hi, It’s in your WordPress Admin (/wp-admin) under MailChimp for WP – Other.

Still having issues with automatic synching. My website is cityee.com. I tried a manual sync and it worked but automatic synching doesnt seem to work. is there anything i can do?

Hi,

Are we talking about “MailChimp for WordPress User Sync” ?

If manual syncing works, but automatic syncing doesn’t work it might be some issue with your WP-Cron.

I suggest installing the following plugin to monitor/debug your WP-Cron:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/advanced-cron-manager/

See if you see the user-sync cron job there.
See what happens if you manually start the cornjobs by hitting http://YOUWEBSITE.COM/wp-cron.php
If that works, maybe setup a normal cronjob on your server to hit that URL once in awhile.
