    Hi there,

    I had this plugin working well when I had the “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” checked – I realised this is on another part of the website I unselected it. Since unselecting this checkbox, there hasn’t been any data collected in GA.

    Hi @alycea,

    The option “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’” adds GA tracking code snippet(gtag.js) on your website. And if you have already installed the GA tracking code snippet(gtag.js) then you could keep the option unchecked otherwise you must have to check it for the tracking to work.

    Further, we had visited the shared URL and observed that the GA tracking code snippet(gtag.js) is missing.

    Now please check the option “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’” so that the tracking via our plugin works for you.
