It sounds like the Javascript Tracker is not working as expected for some reason. Maybe a conflict with another plugin?
Hi Jason, I’ve tried to diagnose the problem by turning off potential plugins that would pose a conflict. Still not tracking correctly. What’s strange is that I can see that the user has logged in, as well as the time on site tracking how long they’ve been on the site. Just Login Count and Last Login aren’t being recorded.
What version of the add-on do you have?
I was referring to the User Overview add-on.
The User Overview add-on is Version 3.1.4
Please upgrade to version 3.2, which fixes a few issues:

Silly question, but how do you upgrade? The only options I see on the site are to Add to Cart.
Once activate the add-on and enter your license key under Slimstat > Add-ons, you will be prompted whenever an update is available, just like for any other WP plugin.
Jason
The license key has been inserted, and the add-on is highlighted green. It tells me, Repo Version: 3.2 and Your Version: 3.1.4, but I have no option to upgrade.
Strange. Your server might be blocking connections to our repository server. Contact us and we will send you the download link:
