    Hey @stefan-m-1
    It is compatible with WPML and partly with polylang.
    You just have to enable translation for the email post type in WPML settings. For WPML you can also translate the footer and the header. This feature will be available in Polylang soon.
    Depending on the language set in your admin bar you are working on each translation separately.
