    Hello. The website is in italian as default and english as only other language.
    Everything was fine but today I checked the site and when I change the language it shows like in screenshot below (!trpst# labels)

    or (in Mozilla) shows the Content Encoding Error

    The weird thing is that if I login to the site the page is showed correctly

    If I logout the “trpst” labels appear again:

    So it seems that the translation does not work if the user is not logged in (but originally worked).

    Is there a solution?

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    I recommend doing a conflict test since this might be a conflict with a plugin and this can create problems:

    ​​Briefly disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty One theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    Hi Emanuel, I solved disabling WP-Optimize caching.
    But anyway this is strange because it worked fine for months.
    Do you have suggestions about WP-Optimize configuration?

    You can try with the default settings and see if everything will work correctly as I do not know which setting from WP-Optimize can trigger this.
