Thank you so much for translating the plugin to Spanish. We really appreciated that.
We have just completed checking the plugin with Spanish language and found that the PHP part is working fine but JS part is not. In addition, there is not all string from JS available to translate.
We have found the solution but it need time to update, please have the patience for some time.

We have updated the plugin to support JavaScript i18n, now there are strings of JavaScript available for translations. We have also tested it to make sure the translation work on JavaScript. Please check on Gutentor β Translating WordPress Page.

Thank you so much for translating the plugin to Chinese Taiwan. We really appreciated that.
I just checked and found that WordPress is not downloading the Chinese (Taiwan) => zh_TW Language pack files. But when I manually downloaded and checked it, Gutentor-Chinese (Taiwan)-zh_TW is working fine.
I am not sure why WordPress is not downloading the language files for zh_TW. I will research and get back to you as soon as possible.

Maybe you have misconfigured something, I found the References value of all string in translate panel is dist/blocks.build.js:1
It shoud be different php or js files within this plugin

@gordon168 I think that is not the issue. If you check the Gutentor plugin page, there are only two language but not Chinese (Taiwan).
dist/blocks.build.js is a minified version of JS(React) and the reference is correct.

As you can see on Translation Page, the text are on waiting list. I think someone from Translation Editors should approve them.
Posting on Translate WordPress may help to approve them.
