Not understandable message shown after activation

When I sign up as a new user to my page, after I follow the activation link sent via email, and I activate it on the site I receive the following message

Your account is now active!

Your account was activated successfully! You can now log in with the username and password you provided when you signed up.

The last sentence is not understandable and it needs to be fixed.
