    Hi, I am not understanding the plugin.
    Suppose I want to provide chat feature to any authors or vendors so the user can chat with them related to their listed products or service. How can I do this?

    Hello @vnkjoshi

    You can organize your chats in channels. Just run a separate channel on each vendor page. For example:

    [wise-chat channel="Vendor A"]

    [wise-chat channel="Vendor B"]
