Not updating and control panel missing

Hi there, I’ve been using the plug in for a couple of years and all been going well. There was a new league added and although the point settings were on ‘3 point rule’ it table did not show anything other than one point per goal. I updated the plug in and now the control panel is missing from wordpress and the points are still wrong. Please let me know what i can do to fix this.
