Not use google API

WP Job Manager only supports Google API for location data by default; if you’d like to use another provider, you can use the following plugin for OpenStreetMap:

Do note that this is a third-party plugin, so we can’t provide support for that. If you’d like other providers, you can achieve that with custom development, but that will require coding skills.

You can refer to a platform such as Codeable and discuss your needs with a developer.
