not validating contact form 7

I have been duplicating a contact form which was working perfectly.
Now it is not working due to datepicker conflict.

Chrome console says : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘regional’ of undefined
Firefox console says : TypeError: $.datepicker is undefined
TypeError: $.timepicker is undefined
