Not Very Customisable & Poor Support

    Been using the Po version for about a year. Recent upgrade has made the plug in virtually unusable for you are using a Mac / iPhone. Customers calling / emailing saying the can’t make bookings.

    The CSS is difficult to tweak in the customisations.

    Some of the UX is really badly designed as well.
    Support has been very slow in trying to remedy the problems.

    We’re sorry to hear you’ve been having issues with Amelia. Firstly, we’d like to apologize for the late responses from our team. At the moment, we’re short-staffed due to Covid-19 infections, so half of the team is only working and our response times are longer than usual.

    The plugin was thoroughly tested on Mac, Windows and Linux, and on major browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Brave, Opera, Safari) and we haven’t had any issues with it. The last update, however, included a few big features that added new stuff to the plugin, so it is recommended to deactivate the plugin, clear cache, activate the plugin, and clear cache again. After that, it should work fine.

    If you could try that, and let us know if it helped, that would be great! As for the UX, we’re open to all criticism, so please feel free to share with us exactly what you’re referring to, and rest assured that it will be forwarded to our development team as a suggestion.
