Sorry, it’s not enough information to understand what exactly the problem is. Can you please send the tag that system has generated for you? Please check out that the table you choose has values.

Hi, I have just updated to the newly wordpress ver.4.8 and CF7 ver.4.8 as well and the select field does not get generated at all as it was before. No errors shown in wordpress debug mode…
Are you releasing a new version to comply with the latest wordpress/cf7 updates?

Hi again, I do confirm that the problem is with ver.4.8 of Contact Form 7, with ver.4.7 works correctly
Same here – plugin was working fine until we updated to v4.8 of Contact Form, now it no longer works.
I also have this issue. Are there any plans to get this working in version 4.8? It would be very much appreciate.

New update now reads the values from the database correctly – but the value in email is always the first value in the Select
