    I had the same issue. The plugin stopped working after an update. But it looks like the reason is that the settings got wiped. I went to Settings > Advanced > reselected the “Heading levels” and clicked “Update Options. This fixed it.

    Hey @michi91 how exactly do you got these settings? I don’t see a “Advanced” Tab in my Settings. Do you use a custom Plugin?
