Could you please share the response that appears when clicking the “Test API Credentials” button in TranslatePress Settings → Automatic Translation, so I can see whether any errors are reported?

Please also make sure that you do not have any “Unsupported languages” message at the bottom of the same tab, and let me know which automatic translation engine you are using on this website.
