not work in localhost environment

    WP 4.5.2, MMP 2.7.1, win10, various browser.

    in localhost load the map (front side), but after 1 second there is an alpha layer that “cover” the map and prevent moving or pressing the buttons.

    in admin side works fine.

    Try to default map Openstreetmap or Bing.
    Also try to switch to default theme, deactivate all plugins. From debug no errors.
