    Hi @supsysticcom,

    Looks like the shortcode’s condition is not met.

    Can you please check the following ?

    1) Temporarily disable this shortcode => Unchecked
    2) Disable this Shortcode for administrators => Unchecked
    3) Show this shortcode => “On both desktop and mobile devices”

    One/more of these option is seen enabled and hence shortcode is not executed.
