    Hi.Can not see my tickets icon reload.
    Also i try to found version 9.0.0 to downgrade and not exist?

    Sorry forgot about downgrade to old version. We do not recommend that and there is no way once you upgraded to latest version. We have done database upgrade that won’t work in old version.
    We’ll definitely would like it should work on your site as usual.
