    Hello Support Team,

I am facing an issue on my website after upgrading the PHP version.

After updating PHP (to 8.2/8.3), my Flickr galleries are no longer displaying on the frontend. I have more than 70+ galleries already created, so replacing them is not feasible.

    Here are the main observations:

    • Flickr gallery is not rendering on the page
    • Console shows multiple JavaScript errors related to Facebook SDK such as:
      • “ErrorUtils caught an error: Could not find element…”
      • “DataStore.get: namespace is required”
    • Server logs show multiple PHP deprecation warnings from plugins (especially worker plugin and templatera)

    It seems that:

    • The current Flickr plugin or related components are not compatible with PHP 8.2+
    • Due to PHP errors, the gallery HTML is not generated properly
    • This leads to JavaScript conflicts (Facebook SDK), which further breaks the page rendering

    Request:

    1. Please confirm if there are any server-level restrictions or missing PHP modules (CURL, OpenSSL, etc.)
    2. Is there any known issue with PHP 8.2/8.3 compatibility affecting older plugins?
    3. Can you suggest the most stable PHP version for my setup?
    4. If possible, help identify if any server configuration is blocking API requests (Flickr)

For now, the galleries work correctly when using an older PHP version (like 8.0 / 8.1).

    Looking forward to your guidance.

    Thank you.

    Hi Gaurav,

Our plugin is fully compatible with follwoing PHP version: 7.4 to 8.4

We have tested the plugin locally and on hosing server.

Thanks for sharing the your gallery page live URL.

I have investigated your gallery page:

I checked you are using a Be theme and there too many JS error on gallery page:

    https://prnt.sc/SUbb0sG5Lz2H

And I found something also conflicting with gallery CSS and gallery lightbox CSS, here the more screenshots:

    https://prnt.sc/G0L-2LHluAjr

    https://prnt.sc/xX4zrt43XY8K

    https://prnt.sc/nEjJsuS8d4O7

So, it’s not a PHP version issue so far. It’s only a CSS issue. Maybe any active plugin or the current active theme is conflicting with the gallery.

If you are using any CSS and JS optimization plugin try to disabled it and deactivate the plugin or rollback the changes you made on website Recently.

I hope this will lead to finc the conflicts.

    Thanks
