    **solved myself** Installed it on my Hueman theme and it just does not appear. The site ID “instructions” are very vague too. It is not more then one line of txt.

    Finally it works. Do not paste the code yourself but go to dasboard-settings-nowtalk (that is something different then plugins/nowtalk/settings!) Here is a field where to paste the site ID!

    Been working with it all day now and there are a few major problems.
    -on mobile devices the reply bar to type in gets missing once a message is sent. You have to close and open the mobile site to regain the input field.
    -The menu and search icons on top of my website stopped working after installation of this plugin.
    -It is not possible to have a private chat on mobile devices like you can in the pc version. The message simply does not arrive.
    – There is a serous lag between the pc and mobile version.
    -Mailing support results in no answer.

    This all looks like an abandoned project.
