I have already activated that option however it is not working yet.
I am using a custom theme. Do you think that it is because of that? Do I need to change somehting in the theme?

I do not understand what reason does not appear.

ok it seems like a javascript issue
1st solution : reload the page with the shift button : Shift+F5
2nd one : deactivate all the plugins except KTTG and check, so we can know if another plugin is responsible for that
if this do not solve the problem please inspect the page and make a snapshot for the console window

I followed the Shift + F5 4 times I applied and got the window button “Save Settings”.
I made changes, I clicked “Save Settings” and save was made.
But I arrived at the same point where I can not see and the “Save Settings”.
I tried to apply the procedure Shift + F5 to no avail.
I almost stuck with too many attempts host Shift + F5.
Your plugin is great but could be greatly improved with features that would complete what you start in this release.
I have an idea on how to improve but do not know how you’re open for discussion.
