    I have to return to an old version so the page works good….
    is there any solution? so i can update without having problems?

    I recently installed this plug-in. I was able to set up and use the short code. However, the slider never actually appears on my page. I get a spinning icon that indicates it is loading. But after 10 minutes, it is still not loaded. It never appears.

    Hi,
    Maybe in new version a plugin conflict appears so you may try to deactivate all the other plugins but Master Slider and check it.
