    Wow, ok… this might be a bit tricky.

    Where exactly are you placing the shortcode? It seems the content is not being ran through the_content filter, so no shortcodes are being processed.

    Are you able to get ANY shortcode to work in this area?

    Are you working in the editor in Text or Visual Mode?

    Hi I used Text mode as per your suggestion (but tried both ways). There is no formatting whatsoever on the paragraph and no other shortcodes seem to work either. I have asked our developer to have a look too based on your comments.

    Yes, our developer had to redesign how our specials plug in module was working. Any property we had a special on was breaking the shortcodes. The shortcodes are now working – your insight about the_content filter helped pinpoint it thanks. Not sure what he did exactly though sorry.
