    Looks like you’re getting an empty result back from PayPal. This could mean cURL is not enabled on your server, or it could mean that your server environment doesn’t support TLS has explained in the information about the POODLE vulnerability.

    We need to see the raw result of the cURL request to know for sure what’s going on. Are you familiar with that sort of thing? It would take a small code adjustment and then running a test order.
