Plugin just can’t physically reactivate itself. Some other thing is doing that.
Make sure, that pages are added on front-end (in groups, not in wp-admin).
Also, you should manualy enable displaying groups pages in each group in Group Admin -> Extras -> General.
I can give it another try. I was trying to add the pages on the back end. I didn’t see anyway to add pages in the front end but will look again.

I got a 505 error on reactivation but it seems to be working ok.
I saw the “Groups Pages” and tried to add a new page there, before editing the BP Groups Extras under the “Settings” tab. I’m guessing that was the problem.
I’ll give it a whirl next few days.
