Not working

Hi,
I am using Power builder plugin on my site. After updating the SM to version 4, I noticed that when I edit a page, I cannot go into the Power builder wizard. The button won’t do anything. Looking into it, it seems there is a Javascript error in sm-post.js line 10: “vue is not defined”. This causes everything JS on the page to stop working, including this plugin.I rolled back to 3.0.1 and it seems fine now.
