This is weird, Can you check if any other options apart from the page template are being saved?
Yes, and also I’m using quest theme by pacethemes. I tried making a template by myself, It saves there is some code problem, but your template changes to default, defaultly!
I just tried the quest theme and this plugin and it worked like it should, the template was applied correctly. (screenshot)
Can you try deactivating all other plugins and see if this works, if yes, try activating plugins one by one and see what is breaking it.
Is it getting saved? It just changes itself to default template. I’ll try deacivating plugins
Yes, the template is getting saved and also it is applied to the page on frontend like it should.
