You shouldn’t have the hard brackets within the shortcode. Based on what I see on your site, you probably want something along these lines:
[dg orderby=menu_order order=ASC attachment_pg=true images=true ids=false]
Also, keep in mind that a lot of these have default values that are the same as the option you want so you could actually simplify what you have down to this:
[dg attachment_pg=true images=true]

I need a user to be able to load and share documents on a page…
so I need an interface on a page for:
– up-loading a document
– choosing a category where to display it
– down-loading documents from other users
would you know any plugin like that?

I don’t know of any plugin that does everything you want, but for frontend uploading, I’ve heard good things about Frontend Uploader.
