The only thing I see wrong is that the thumbnails/images dont have any variation assign to them.

I used WC Variations Radio Buttons plugin. And if its activated your plugin doesnt work. Some conflict. It is not so seriosly, but maybe you know some solution?

I guess that plugin doesn’t follow WooCommerce code standards do that it can be used across other plugins.
Try another swatches plugin

If I deactivate plugin its work.

I have a variable products. Each variation have a main image, wich I set in a Woocommerce product settings. When you choose a variation that main image must be shown in frontend. But it isnt.
I have a meny products, wich I dont dont assign slugs yet. But I need that main variation image shows in frontend. Yesterday it work, but now something wrong.

My plugin doesnt use the image set in a Woocommerce product settings, for that reason it will not work.
I advise you go to WooCommerce > SVI and deactive the front-end while you dont have everything setup.
