Not working

First I was going to request for support, because there is some error when I click the chat link on iphone.

But then I noticed chat stop work, some days ago, chat was working fine on my tests, but today I noticed that chat window shows this message “There are no visitors on your site at the moment” when actually we were 2 persons testing the site, and trying to test the chat.. all messages we write from mobile were lost.

I was thinking buy the full version, but with this I just will uninstall this plugin and test something else.

this is sad, because this plugin looked good, and it was easy to configure!
