    Did you follow the instructions in the error message? Did you submit the problem? What country blocker are you using?

    At the time of writing there are 54,238 plugins registered here, which is 54,237 other things that can cause a problem. A blocking plugin seems like it might block things. Knowing what this is and trying to fix it would be a positive way of resolving the problem.
