    Hi!

    This plugin seems to be just what I need but I cannot get it to work I think. It registers links in Post Types permalink but I do not know where I can edit the full thing.

    I am using CPT UI so that might be the issue, but I cant test since my post type is generated from that plugin.

    However, there is space to enter custom slugs for what the custom most type is going to support so that might be where the issue is. That some edit box is not being shown when I am editing the post that I want to give a custom permalink.

    Hi Anna ( @dinkelgodis ),

    Edit box shown after the first time post is saved Either is is auto-saved or published by yourself.

    Like, go to the add new post and just add the title and click save draft after saving the draft , editbox would be shown and you can change the permalink your requirement.

    IF you are having any issue in getting the editbox even after saving the permalinks so, please share the edit post screenshot.

    There is an edit box but I want to link to an external page, so I need to be able to change the entire link, not just the slug.

    Not sure how to share a screenshot here. Here is what it kinda looks like:

    As you want to add external URL in the Permalink field that’s not possible with this plugin. You can achieved that by using ACF and some custom code by which you can link the Post to it’s external URL field.
