my apologies for the troubles! Can you please re-install our plugin so I can take a look at it? I’m unable to see it installed on your website at all now, so it looks like it’s been uninstalled.
If you did install it though, you may then like to disable any cache plugins temporarily since they may block it from being displayed as well.

i disabled swift performance and it did work — just looking so amazing
really happy and excited
now for how long am i to disable swift performance – as this is the only plugin that have speed up my site after trying toooooo many ..

You should be able to re-enable Swift Performance plugin now without losing Tidio.
However, if it keeps it hidden again then there’s another workaround that might help to get them both working at the same time.

even if it didnt work im not going to change my review as i love Tidio so much
but if im to remove swift performance than my page speed gets back to zero
so if it works id be more than happy
