    The testimonials page used to work but now I get the message…
    No testimonials found. Check your view settings.
    (Only administrators see this message.)

    In the Testimonials page, I have two testimonials that used to show up in the page above but they no longer do so now. Those testimonials are here…
    https://dailycdev.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpm-testimonial
    They are called: Increasingly devoted to God through DCD, Website Testimonial and are published.

    I am using the Testimonials_Display View and the Display type, using that shortcode on the page…
    [testimonial_view id=”2″].

    However, it doesn’t work and neither does creating new Views and using its shortcode.
    Is it that this plugin no longer supports the latest version of WordPress?

    Hello @dailycdev,

    Could you please edit your View and scroll down to Quantity and add a number there instead of All?
    Instead of this: https://gyazo.com/e3c92d943529e9ba0621c6cfdaa7bf9b
    To change it to this: https://gyazo.com/219cc5e83dc74dfdeb98563ee0e70ad1

    Please let me know if this fixes it.

    Best wishes,
    Mihaela

    I just tried putting the quantity instead of “all” and it still has a delay before the testimonials display. I love this plugin. Hopefully this issue can be resolved soon. Thanks!

    Hello @llfulkerson,

    Could you please send me your website’s url so I can take a look? The testimonials’ page more specifically.

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    Hi Mihaela,

    I use the plugin on several sites. Here are a couple of them:

    https://randyfrazier.com/ (The testimonial widget is on the front page sidebar beneath the NSA logo. The testimonials show after a few seconds of delay, then everything works fine. Here’s the link to the full page of testimonials – https://randyfrazier.com/testimonials. That page works without any issues.

    Here is another site: https://patriciacblake.com. The testimonial widget is in the right-hand side of the footer area. Here is the link to the testimonial page: https://patriciacblake.com/customer-reviews. Again, it works fine – just the scrolling widget has the delay issue.

    Thank you so much for your plugin and your work!

    Thank you, Linda!
    It seems to be an issue from our latest update. As a temporary fix you could add this code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and see if this fixes it?

    .strong-content.wpmslider-content {
        min-height: 410px;
    }

    We will be releasing an update addressing this in a day or two. Really sorry for the inconvenience!

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    Hello @llfulkerson and @dailycdev

    Just wanted to let you know we released the update.
    We’re really grateful for your patience and understanding during this.

    Warmest regards,
    Mihaela

    P.S.: you can remove that code after the update.

    Thank you so much for all the hard work on this plugin!

    Hi @mplusb,

    I just wanted to say, thank you for the plugin πŸ™‚

    Also, the plugin was not working for me initially, but I changed the Quantity to a number as opposed to “All” and that fixed it for me.

    @llfulkerson mentioned that she experienced a delay before the testimonials displayed, but there was no delay for me.

    Perhaps the plugin author(s) can find a way to fix the “All” problem?
    At the moment, I have set the count to 20 (even thought the client only has 5 reviews total). It’s not a problem changing the Quantity to use a number instead of “All”, but fixing the problem of “All” might save other users of your plugin time and stress. Also, it’ll encourage them to continue using your plugin as it is very nice πŸ™‚
