Not working

So I have changed the color of the first H1 of one of the pages and after clearing cache + detele cache, the title H1 is still with the same color.
1 – I have deactivated the plugin and doesnt make a difference after reloading the page.
2 – I have uninstalled the plugin and IT DOES make a difference after reloading the page.
3 – Installed again the plugin and same as being deactivated.

H1 > first time was in black > Changed to blue.

Im clueless, any idea?
