    I did a test by creating a fake user account with the form. WordPress then sent me a message that the Contact Form captured new information. Then when I went to my Constant Contact account and searched, my new contact was not found. This Plugin simply does not work as advertised.

    Hi @coldair1 can you visit your Constant Contact Forms settings page, and the “Support” tab so we can get logging enabled? Once the setting there is saved, submit to the form again. If the test signup/email doesn’t show up still, then check the newly revealed “Debug logs” menu for hopeful feedback as to why the contact wasn’t added.

    Also if at all possible, can you provide a link to where the form presently resides, so we can help test and review things?
