Not working

    I’m trying to create and automation as follow: Clients purchase a x product then gets enrolled on x course. and Client completes a purchase then client gets redirected to a url (the account pg).

    I created both automation as logged in and as anonimoues and still not working.

    What am I doing wrong? How can I make it work.

    Hi @pontistax!!

    Please verify that the automation status is “Active”.

    Also check that the order goes to “Completed” state, if it does not go to that state and they stay in “Processing”, it will not launch the trigger.

    Anyway please attach a screenshot to me to see how you have set up automation, this way I can better help you.

    Hello,

    Yes they are active and orders go straight to completed.
    I wanted to add a screenshot but I dont see any option to do it.
