Not working

Hi,
I tried to put this plugin on my website… but when I activate I dont have permission to se the next page..:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

and when I update, I can see it’s activated but I cant see it any ware..

What to do? does it work in the theme Montreal – it could might be the case?
