@imedabolkvadze Everyone here on this site including you and I are volunteers helping the community for free and out of the goodness of their hearts.
That means if you want free, volunteer support then you have to be civil. That’s not optional and leaving a topic where the description is only a screenshot and “WTF? why?” will not convince anyone to help you at all.
The developer of this plugin does not owe you anything and does not owe you even a reply.
If you want support then I suggest you use your words and respectfully explain what your problem is. Keep it civil and you may get a reply. Or not, no one has to reply to you and your topic.
