Not working

There’s a section in my WooCommerce area for Cinema Seat Reservations Settings, but there’s no content on the page. There appear to be 3 tab areas, but no text in any of them. I really want this plugin to work. It seems like it would be a great addon for a plugin I’m working on for performing arts groups. But it’s not even loading up correctly in order to test it.
