Not Working

I want to know if this WordPress plugin is compatible with the new version of WordPress. I am trying this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/hblpay-payment-gateway-for-woocommerce/ It is not working. Can you tell me what the issue might be, or if there is any setting for it? I have an HBL merchant account available.
