When you say “not working”, what exactly isn’t working for you? There are a lot of different aspects to the plugin, so please be as specific as possible when describing your problem.

I open the website in incognito mode with a different proxy IP. I open the source page to test the plugin. I click on the link that includes /?blackhole……
but the warning message is not shown.
Which browser are you using for incognito mode testing?
Both chrome and edge.
Even in non incognito mode it fails.
During your tests, make sure to remove chrome from the setting “Whitelist Bots”. There are numerous agents that are never blocked, such as chrome. To be sure, just remove everything from that option (so it is empty), save changes and try again. Then later after testing you can always restore the default setting values. Note that this information is available in the “Testing Blackhole” section of the Installation docs.
It worked.
Now I know what to do for testing.
