I see the problem now, as we don’t have any problem in anywhere else. My initial thought it can be related to multi-step functionality that you use.
Could you please try 2 things for me;
- Try to add gift wrapping options to cart instead of checkout so we can see if it is working fine there?
- Could you please temporarily deactivate the multi-step functionality and maybe change the theme for testing as well?
