Not sure why the plug in isn’t working. I switched to the Divi theme a year ago and while I’ve found broken links on my own, I am no longer getting notifications of them. How can I resolve this?

  • Hi @marcihess

I hope you are doing well today.

We have reported that to our developers and the main issue is that the BLC local version does not support Divi modules apart from the text module. We recommend switching to our new Cloud Engine which should be helpful in that matter.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi @marcihess,

I would like to provide an update regarding the current issue. We have confirmed that it is an issue in the plugin. Unfortunately, resolving it requires updating the plugin code, but we have already reported this to our developers.

While we cannot provide an estimated timeline for the fix, subscribing to our roadmap at https://wpmudev.com/roadmap/ is a great way to stay informed about upcoming versions. Once released, details will be included in the changelog.

Since the issue has been acknowledged, reported, and tasked for resolution, we are marking this thread as resolved. However, please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John
