Hi, I just installed it on my website, but it doesnt seem to be working. My website is build on Divi. I have two issues with the plugin

    1. WhatsApp settings not being saved: every time i add my whatapp number and enable WhatsApp widget with welcome message, add my photo, etc, and i click Save Widget, after the page refreshes none of the changes have been saved
    2. The widget is not working on my front end. Before installing your plugin I used another WhatApp plugin. I have deleted it. For some reason, the old popup is still visible on my front end, and not your plugin. And yes, I have cleared the cache 🙂

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @mayakoruncheva , thanks for posting query.

Can you please try again and make sure you enter your WhatsApp number with the country code starting with the plus sign?

I also checked your website, and I can see the Chaty widget using this URL, https://boattourscomino.com/?ref=1. There seems to be a site cache issue. Please purge your site cache through any cache plugins you may have on your website (ex. WP Rocket/Litespeed).

If you require live assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us by clicking the live chat widget on the lower-right of our website at https://premio.io.

Thank you for the fast reply. When I enter the website from the link you put in your answer, yes it does show. However I just checked it on someone else’s phone, and it’s still the old WhatsApp pop up. I notice that your link finishes with /?ref=1

I am not sure what does this mean, but when you access it via this one :https://boattourscomino.com/ I don’t see Chaty.

@mayakoruncheva Yes, I’m accessing it using /?ref=1, which loads a fresh version of the page instead of the cached one. This indicates that it’s a caching issue. Please check which cache plugin you’re using and try purging the site cache. You can also ask your hosting provider to clear the server-side cache.
