Not working

Hi!
I´m using mqtranslate for a 2 language menu and I have followed these steps:

The main language is finnish and I want to add another menu in english. The flags are invisible, but I can see the links exist on the page. The english link doesn´t redirect or change to the english menu. What can I do? Please help!
