We don’t understand what do you means “after starting e-mail settings” 🙁

I’m facing the same issue, I got the plugin from SMS provider and tested to work well. Post that I modified the email address in general settings and saved. Mail communication worked well but the SMS functionality stopped working. Tried reinstalling the plugin but that didn’t help. Is it possible to provide any help on this? I have already taken credits from the provider since it worked well earlier

The WooCommerce – APG SMS Notifications send the SMS messages with this WooCommerce statuses:
- woocommerce_order_status_pending_to_on-hold_notification
- woocommerce_order_status_processing
- woocommerce_order_status_completed
And all of then works after the system send the emails.
If you want to check the SMS status, uncomment the line 292 and change the email account, send a SMS message and check the email received in that account. There you can see the answer from your SMS gateway.
