Not working after update

    I just updated to the newest version today, and my posts are no longer adding counts. It shows the counter, but the hits do not accumulate. I am using WP Super Cache, however I tried turning it off and still does the same thing. I am using Javascript for the method and have not changed any setting. Please help!
